Over the years, she has successfully designed age-appropriate curricula, strengthened teacher training frameworks, and introduced innovative assessment methodologies focused on holistic development rather than rote learning. Her leadership has contributed to improved learning outcomes, enhanced teacher capability, and stronger parent confidence in early education programmes.

A strong advocate of inclusive and accessible education, she is also the author of the widely appreciated children’s book series Read, Learn and Grow. Through this initiative, she actively promotes early literacy and ensures that economically disadvantaged children have access to quality learning resources by distributing her books free of cost.

Beyond academics, she is deeply involved in community leadership, cultural initiatives, and social causes, and remains actively associated with several civic and educational initiatives. She also serves as the Co-Founder, Trustee, and General Secretary of Impact Rise Foundation, leading initiatives focused on education, women’s empowerment, healthcare access, and social welfare for communities in need.
